Turn on your set-top box. Visit Sun Direct self-care portal. Enter your registered mobile number. If you are login to Sun Direct portal for the first time it will ask to create a password. Choose any password which has Upper case , lower case and number. Enter the same password in the second field. You have to use this password for all subsequent logins.
