How to change dth plans
Have you recharged your DTH recently? and still getting channels based on your older pack or your pack expired before time.Please read this post carefully to know the reason.
DTH recharges are different than mobile recharges.Every time you recharge your DTH with any amount it got added to the balance of DTH.It does not change packs or channels.
To change your pack you need to contactcustomer care of DTH operatoror you can do it yourself by visiting operators website or sending SMS from your registered mobile number.
